TERMS OF USE
Article 1 / Duration of stay
The customer reserving accommodation with the owner, for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 / Reservation formalities
The customer makes his reservation request via the "Contact and reservation" tab of the site, or by email or by telephone.
The customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the request with the amount of the service.
NOTWe invite the customer to pay, within 15 days, the deposit representing 30% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax) of the reserved service.
Once the deposit has been received, the reservation becomes firm.
By paying the deposit, the customer confirms his full agreement with the general conditions specified below.
Without payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed. Consequently, at the end of the 15-day period, the owner reserves the right to return the room(s) for rent.
Article 3 / Room prices
The rates displayed are prices per room for one person, per night, breakfast included, additional person in addition according to the price indicated, tourist tax in addition.
A 10% discount is offered from the 3rd consecutive night.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification of reservation, date, room, will be done in agreement with the owner according to the availabilities.
The customer is informed of the special conditions in the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay:

if the cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before arrival, the deposit paid on booking will remain with the owner.

if the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the date of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will remain due to the owner.

In the event of early departure during the stay the entire reserved service will be due.
Article 5 / No show
In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.
Article 6 / Cancellation insurance
The owner draws the customer's attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in his rates.
Article 7 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he will immediately inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for all sums he has paid.
Article 8 / Time of arrival
The customer arrives on the day specified when booking, at the earliest at 5 p.m. (time of availability of the rooms and handing over of the keys) and, at the latest, at 8 p.m.
Article 9 / Breakfast
Breakfast time is set from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Article 10 / Time of departure
The time of departure from the rooms is fixed at 11 am at the latest.
Article 11 / Payment of the accommodation balance
The balance of the stay is to be paid before departure.
An invoice is given to the customer on his departure with the details of the service, the amount of the accommodation, the amount of the tourist tax.
The tourist tax is 50cts per adult.
Article 12 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 13 / Art of living and use of premises
In order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests, respect for a certain "art of living" is required, the one that is essential when one lives in community.
In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare – and to assume financially – any damage for which he is responsible.
Article 14 / Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired as soon as the deposit is paid.
Article 15 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him. The owner agrees not to transmit in any case the information that the customer has communicated to other companies or organizations for advertising purposes.
